A beautiful young cow with a famous big sister, DR Built Like A Dream. Donna and Pat Ruth family of Iowa sold DR Built Like A Dream for $60,000 in the 2007 North American Select Simmental Sale in Louisville, Kentucky. She has since gone on to be a prolific donor cow, now residing at Sanders Ranch in Kansas. We had the opportunity to purchase MTTR Jenny from Mick Meiklejohn, Colbran, Colorado, who purchased several embryos from the Ruth family. MTTR Jenny fits into our program so well. Jenny has an outcross pedigree to our program. Pictured here as a dry three year old, she possesses tremendous depth of rib, correctness of feet and legs, and beautiful feminity for her mass of body and muscle. Her EPDs are near ideal and gives us so many mating possibilities.

We are pleased to own her in partnership with our good friends, Bonnydale Simmentals, Mike and Rob Introvigne, Western Australia. We will be sending them partnership embryos on this great young female. Expect great things from her in the U.S. and Australia.

A daughter of the long-time breed favorite, Black Joker, ASR Black Scamp N321 is a power and muscle female. Her production record shows 7 calves at weaning and a ratio of 104. Bonnydale Simmental of Western Australia hand-picked her as a donor to produce outcross embryos to start a “new line” for them in Australia. She has produced embryos by TNT Tanker, Singletary, and Kappes Trailblazer in 2011.

Many times you will see ASR Little Bear as the maternal pedigree of some of our best bulls. They are just outstanding, productive females. ASR Little Molly P441 is the best one we have ever owned. Our supreme donor cow! Dream Catcher is extremely prolific, producing over 100 embryos in a 6 month period. More dollars of progeny have been produced from Dream Catcher than any animal we have ever owned. This years embryos are by ASR Little Bear, GFI Magnum, TNT On Target, and Hummer.

GLS S82 was purchased from Grass-Lunning Simmental, Le Roy, MN in the 2007 North American Sale in Louisville, Kentucky. Her first bull calf was our high selling bull in our 2009 Super Baldy Bull sale going to Jim Benda of Kimball, South Dakota. This Pacesetter son had a 1329 yearling weight, a 17.2 inch REA and 3.29 marbling score, one of the highest bulls in the test. She has quickly earned the right to become a donor.

How unique is the pedigree for this Red Angus cow? While we are known for our Simmental and SimAngus, we have some powerful Angus and Red Angus genetics. And this cow exemplifies some of the things we try to do. She is so different. Her sire, ASR Game Time T754 is by CSU Ram Time 0115, the superior, black calving ease, carcass merit sire. And she is out of a CA Future Direction dam … and came out red! She has a Mushrush Impressive calf at side this fall. Watch for her future production.
